Boise 23’s unique floor plans have been designed with your life in mind. They have everything you want in a single-family home and more, arranged vertically to maximize comfort, utility, privacy, light, luxury, and enjoyment.

Your first-floor foyer leads to a spacious garage and bonus room or flex space ideal for an office, exercise room, or play space. Walking upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled open floor plan kitchen, dining area, and great room – the heart of the home. The third floor contains the main bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing for greater quiet and seclusion. Each home also has a first- or second-floor powder room. In 4-story homes, walk upstairs to find another bedroom, bathroom, and parlor flowing into an expansive rooftop patio.

For example, kitchen islands assist in meal prep while providing a space to gather; some kitchens feature nooks and tech desks. Most great rooms extend out to balcony terraces. Your primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and full 5-piece bathroom with a luxurious freestanding tub, and your dedicated washer/dryer space is on the same floor as the main bedrooms.
